Many congrats to Nathan M. who took a gobbler this morning on the Savanna, TN "Hunting for a cure" St. Jude's benefit youth hunt. This bird cut loose on at least 40 gobbles before Nate took the shot at a scant 12 yds. Bird wt-19#, .750" spurs and 9" beard. This bird fell to the "Classic Cutter" mouth call. Nate used a Rem. 11-87 SP 12 ga. with a 2 3/4 Hevi-shot #6, and Rhino choke. Keep it up son.
